1 c nonfat or low fat milk or plain yogurt
1/2 c cut up fruit (Banana strawberries, Mango, peach, or appricots)
1 to 2 T Wheat Germ (Optional)
dash of fruit juice concentrate, to taste
Combine het milk or yogurt, the fruit, and the wheat germ in a blender; blend until smooth. Add the juice concentrate to tastew, blend, and serve
Makes 1 to two servings
