This recipe is good for diabetics. It came from "The Art of cooking for the diabetic".

Banana Yogurt

1 med banana, sliced
1 t fresh lemon juice
1 c plain low fat yogurt

Mash sliced ban ana with lemon juice. Stir in yogurt; blend well. Chill in a covered container several hours or overnight.

Yeild: 2 (1 1/2 Cups)
