This recipe is good for diabetics. It came from "The Art of cooking for the diabetic".
Nectarine or Peach
2/3 c diced pared fresh ripe nectarines or peaches
1/2 t lemon juice
sugar substitute to 1 T sugar
1 c plain low fat yogurt
Slightly mash diced fruit with lemon juice and sweetener. Stir in yogurt; blend well. Chill in a covered container for several hours or overnight.
Yeild: 2 (2/3 Cup)
