This recipe is good for diabetics. It came from "The Art of cooking for the diabetic".

Raspberry Yogurt

1/2 c fresh raspberries
Sugar substitute equal to 1 T sugar
1 c plain low fat yogurt

Wash raspberries; mash them with the sweetener. Stir in yogurt; and mix well. Chill in a covered container several hours or overnight.

Yeild: 2 (1 1/3 Cups)
