This recipe is good for diabetics. It came from "The Art of cooking for the diabetic".

Strawberry Yogurt

3/4 c whole ripe strawberries
1 t fresh lemon juice
Sugar substitute equal to 1 T sugar
1 c plain low fat yogurt

Wash and hull strawberries; cut them into small pieces. Add lemon juice and sweetener; mix well. Combine with yogurt; and mix thoroughly. Chill in a covered container several hours or overnight.

Yeild: 2 (1 1/3 Cups)
