This recipe is good for diabetics. It came from "The Art of cooking for the diabetic".

Thousand Island Salad Dressing

1/2 c Skim Milk Mayonnaise
1 1/2 T ketchup/catsup or chili sauce
1/4 c finely chopped dill pickle
2 T minced fresh parsley
1 T minced green onion

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Chill before using. Yeild: 12 (3/4 Cup)
