Peanut Butter and Jelly Balls

1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1/4 c nonfat dry milk
1/4 c wheat germ
1 c fave cold cereal, dry
1/2 c finely chopped dried appricots
1/4 c apple juice concentrate
Fruit juice sweetened jelly or jam

Mix all the ingredients except the jelly together in a bowl Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet. Use your index finger to make an indention in each of the balls. Cover with waxed paper and refrigerate until firm, about 20 minutes. Fill the holes with a dab of Jelly and serve.

Yield 30 cookies
