Pecan Tarts

Crust: 2 sticks butter, softened
8 OZ Cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 C. Flour
Dash salt

Filling:

3 eggs, beaten
2 1.2 c brown sugar
4 T. melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
Dash Salt
3 C. pecans, Chopped

Mix butter and cream cheese together until creamy. Add flour and salt. and salt; mix thoroughly. Shape into 1-inch balls and place in small muffin tins. Press into shape of crust. Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add Brown sugar, butter, and vanilla until well mixed. Add salt and pecans; blend well. Put a Tablespoon in each crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
