This recipe is good for freezing.

Broccoli Cheddar Chowder

1 1/2 c milk
1 11 oz can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 c frozen loose pack chopped broccoli
1/2 c frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes
1/2 c frozen whole kernel corn
2 T chopped pimento

Ina medium saucepan stir milk and soup. Cook and stir over medium heat till bubbly. Remove from the heat. Stir in broccoli, hashbrowns, corn, and pimento; cool. Pour mixture into a 1 qt freezer container. Seal, Label,m and freeze.

To SERve, transfer frozen mizture into a large ausepan. Cover and cook over medium low heat for 40-45 minutes or til eated through, stirring occasionally.
