Subject: 90 minute telefilm on my story GULMOHOR for ETV

CONCEPT: This is a story of a teenage boy who is attending college
but is not very sure what is the meaning of the study or the 
hippocracy in society or the life itself. He finds that all his 
friends are also in a similar dilema and cannot provide any solace 
His parents are anxious and worried. Then comes another character 
on the scene. He is a doctor, about 15 years elder and a quiet 
chap for whom our hero has respect and affection. However the hero
is sure that he will not listen even to the Doctor Uncle's advice.
Nevertheless he agrees to meet the doctor. The doctor does not 
give any advice, just tells him a story which is intimately 
connected with our hero. Then a further little drama and a happy 
ending to the story.

AND NOW COMES MY BIG QUESTION.
For this story to come up as a telefilm, 3 participants are 
involved. One is the ETV channel. Second is YG and Third is LM.
What is the relationship between these 3 parties?

1] Are YG and LM going to work as a team who will jointly approach
ETV and jointly undertake other activites for making of the film
2] Or the ETV and YG is a team and approaching LM  for permission 
to use the story? 
3] Or, all the 3 acting as 3 separate parties, YG first taking the
storyline from LM, then approaching ETV, and after getting their 
ok going to financers and then making the film?

Kindly write back so that I know about the exact nature of my 
involvement and the WORK and TIME which I will have to devote.
