The trick is to retain as stock an appearance as possible. It was crucial to retain total functionality of the steering wheel controls and climate control. This is why I went with the cleansweep instead of a new head unit.

Okay, almost nothing. The CleanSweep volume control is mounted on the left hand side in the blank panel meant for fog lights.

I added the rear speakers November 5, 2005. The overall sound is greatly improved. Here is a picture of the stock speakers as well as the install with baffles of the new BAs

A final detail, the CleanSweep allows me to hook up an auxiliary such as an Mp3 player. Check out the stealth mounting:
