I drew the sketch for this during my art lesson when I had finished my work and was just passing the time. He originally had a more mexican looking hat till I changed it later on. All coloured in photoshop. I'm happy with how his clothes out in colour, I know the top looks dodgy, but the full view looks way better. Sorry about the crappy looking firework though :$ Why is he standing in that pose? Nobody knows :D Enjoy
