Well, first of all, this deck has no theme. You might think you are focusing on your crab turtle but there are so many different cards this deck will never work. Starting with the magic cards:
Take Out:

The Axe of Despair's and the Black Pendant's are to replace all those horrible power-ups you had. The Heavy Storm and Giant Trunade are to replace the Remove Trap and De-Spells you used, because these 2 cards are more effective. Umi and Yami are horrible field cards i recommend that none uses them.

The monster cards you have chosen to use are pretty powerful monsters so I understand that you are leaning towards the beatdown strategy but the levels are way to high. My personal decks are always 4-1 in ratio of 4 Non-Tribute to 1 Tribute monster. This enables you to bring out your bigger monsters quicker, but this deck is also a ritual deck so this complicates things. Since ritual monsters involve having to sacrifice large monsters you will need some high level monsters in the deck as sacrifices.

The La Jinn, 7 Colored Fish and Harpies Brothers powered up with axe of despairs and black pendants should make your opponent nervios, while you stall for time to get the right cards to summon your Crab Turtle. The Senju and Sonic Birds will aid in the summoning of the Crab Turtle. The Blue-Eyes White Dragons might look out of place but they are only to sacrifice for the Crab Turtle (any level 8 or higher monster will work for this) or you can sacrifice other monsters to summon blue-eyes. Ceasefire is to take care of any face-down monsters, and also deal damage to your opponent. Other trap cards are to slow your opponent so you can summon your crab turtle.
