The Stratocruisers were a spin-off from the band Rebel Rouser.
The rockabilly craze was dying out
and we needed to go more "mainstream' to get more bookings.
We still played the Rockabilly numbers,
but added more styles to the song list.

He was a good friend and
the best singer-guitarist ever to come from the Pacific Northwest.
Joe will be missed by more people than he would ever realize.
