Day 5: Zermatt - St. Moritz
We left Zermatt by the Glacier Express to Dicentis. It was pretty sweet cuz
we got upgraded to the First Class Coach. Didn't linger long at Dicentis tho', just
long enough for a pee stop. We switched back to bus for the remaining distance to
St. Moritz, the playground for the rich and famous. There wasn't much to do besides
window shopping since everything was so bloody expensive. It's nice to walk around and
hang out at the cafes tho'. Oh, a funny thing. We got our hotel downgraded
because the hotel that we were originally booked at could not accomodate our large
group. Hmm... was that why we got a train upgrade?
Hunting for jetsets in St. Moritz.
Anyway, on our way there we stopped at Juliard Pass and saw lots of milk cows. (note: read my little journal about what I think of them.) I think Juliard Pass is one of the highest points in Switzerland. It's your typical Swiss-postcard scenery. Three cheers for the bus driver who manage to get everyone safely from one end of the pass to another.
A challenge: Find the cows.
