BRASS MONKEY- The Cocktail

The contents are:

     -1/2 oz Rum
     -1/2 oz Vodka 
     -4 ox of Orange Juice
     -Alcohol rating, 7/10 
     

DIRECTIONS: Basically, toss the Rum & Vodka together and stir gently.
Next pour in the orange juice, shake well, pour over ice and enjoy.

RATING- 9/10


MONKEY BREAD

The contents are:

     1 loaf of Frozen bread dough 
     1 cup of sugar 
     Box of butterscotch or vanilla instant pudding mix 
     1 stick of butter 
     A dash or two of cinnamon 

DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Thaw dough and slice like bread, and then cut each slice into 6 pieces. Soften butter to room temperature. Mix all dry ingredients and grease loaf pan. Dip dough chunks in butter and then dip in dry mix. Let chunks rise to top of loaf pan, and then bake in oven for 30-60 minutes. (NOTE: baking time depends on how hot your oven is and how doughy or crusty you like your bread) Don't let cool for very long - run a knife around the edges of the pan and turn upside down onto plate.

MONKEY MUNCH

The contents are:

                     4 bananas, sliced
                     1/2 cup raisins, optional
                     1 stick butter
                     1/2 cup Maple Munch Popcorn Seasoning
                     1 pint heavy cream, whipped
                     1/4 cup coconut, flakes

DIRECTIONS: Melt butter in large frying pan. Add raisins and Maple Munch, stirring until well mixed. Add banana slices and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Spoon bananas and sauce into serving dishes. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve warm. (Works well with other fresh fruits as well, such as apple slices, pear halves, etc.) Preparation time: 20 minutes; Serves: 4
