Air Brushing
Ever had a very crappy quality image like this one? Well, with this tutorial, you can now fix it! Just follow the simple steps...
Open up your image...you can use the one above for testing.
Decide what place(s) you want to smooth out
Then click the hand tool (
), and set it up like what I have below...
Go back to your image, and zoom in (if it helps). Then air brush and start smoothening!
This is what it should look like in the end:
