Layering Images
This tutorial shows you how to put two images together to make one. I'll be using the images below of Shakira and a city landscape...
First of all, find two images. It doesn't matter what size they are.
Decide what image you want for the background, and what image you want for the "forground".
Go to the one of the pictures, and press CTRL C.
Go to the second image, and press CTRL L.
All you will see is the image you copied to the background.
You can drag the image to a specific position on the background.
Now, on the PSP menu up top, go to Layers>>Properties>>
Set the opacity to whatever you want. The lower the opacity is, the more of the background will show. (60 is recommended)
There you go! Now just go to Layers>>Merge>>Merge All (Flatten).
Ta-da! You're done! Ain't it beautiful? Here is what it should look like:
