Paint Effect
Want to get the paint effect in a specific image? It's pretty simple...just follow the steps!!
You can C+P the image above to follow along.
Open up the image, then on your PSP menu up above, go to Effect>>Noise>>Edge Preserving Smooth...
You can set the settings as below:
Of course you can change the numbers as much as you like!
The lower the number is, the less the paint will take effect. The higher it is, the more it'll look like a painting.
30 kinda looks like a vector! lol. There you go!
