Tentacles
Want an awesome effect of tentacles on an image? Well, you can learn how to do it by following these simple steps!
Your finished product will look something like below:
Open up a new, white, any-sized canvas.
Click the flood bucket (
).
Now, on the right side, under "Style" (it's under the colour palette) click the little arrow and select the Gradient option.
Go to your colour palette and select a foreground and background colour.
Then using the flood tool () click on the white canvas and flood it.
After doing that, click the hand tool. 
Set up the tool options like I have below:
Now go back to your canvas, and begin smudging it! You have now learned the "Tentacles" effect!
