“Bare Bones” Teardrop Trailer
This is the Bare Bones Teardrop trailer. It is a basic Teardrop trailer that can be expanded upon by its new owner. Designed for the new “Tear dropper”. Built on a Tractor Supply #1000215 1500lb frame, this trailer does not cost much more completed, than some plans tell you are the cost of materials. The trailer is about 500 lbs, and is approximately 4’X4’ by a little less than 8’. The Sleeping area is 6’ long but can be extended to 6’ 4” with some loss of space in the hatch area. If you are coming in from Tent camping and already own a stove, cooler, air mattress lantern, canopy bring them. All your tenting equipment will work on this trailer and you won’t have to buy these items over again as built in items. Our trailers are sold as is, where is in Morton, Pa. USA 19070. Trailer takes a 1 7/8” ball, supplied by the buyer for his/her tow vehicle. And is wired for a “Flat Four” plug.
This Trailer will have you out and enjoying the Great Outdoors in no time.
To order one of these trailers start by contacting me. A $500 deposit will be required. I will give you the Tractor Supply frame order information. Then order and pick-up Your Tractor Supply #1000215 Trailer (at a cost of about $279). The trailer frame will be in your name right from the start. At this time you can get all the Paperwork ,tags etc in order.
We will set a date (usually 3-4 weeks) for you and your trailer frame to be at our Shop in Morton, Pa. and in 1 hours time we will mount our Teardrop box to your frame.
