PAUL IS IN HIS 3RD YEAR OF HIS APPRENTICSHIP AND ERROL HAS 10 YEARS UNDER HIS BELT AND EXPERIENCE IN ALL FIELDS OF BUTCHERY.
ALL OF OUR BEEF IS TRADITIONAL IRISH BOUGHT THROUGHOUT IRELAND
