scammel explorer 1950 ex army used for tank recovery bought as scrap by present owner showman leslie vernon who as completely renovated it to it`s present condition.
Can be seen at various steam rally events and also attended the great dorset steam fair 2000. This beast is powered by a leyland 600 power plus. 6 speed gate change,& is 6 wheel drive it has a 15 ton winch & a 3 ton crane.
