KITCHEN WITH MICHELLE'S VERY OWN
DIRTY RICE HOME COOKING:  BISCUITS AND CHOCOLATE GRAVY
BISCUITS: 2 Cups self-rising flour, 1/3 Cup olive oil, 1 cup buttermilk. Stir ingredients together till all moist. Spoon out by Tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in oven 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
While baking make Chocolate Gravy.
CHOCOLATE GRAVY: 3 cups sugar, 8 heaping
Tbs flour, 6 Tbs cocoa, 1 stick butter. Melt butter in skillet, Mix sugar & flour together. Mix into butter in the skillet, with a fork and then add milk, 3 Cups milk gradually. Stir until thickened. Pour over biscuits that have been buttered
inside.
