The "3" SQUADRON VISITS HAMILTON, ONTARIO!!!
(MODELLERS' CHOICE HOBBY SHOP, October 28th)I am not an Earnhardt fan, but I AM an Earnhardt admirer - there is a difference - so when I heard that four of his cars would be at Modellers' Choice Hobby Shop in Hamilton, I just HAD to check it out! Picked up Bob Anderson (He IS an Earnhardt fan...) and headed to the Steel City... Real glad I did! A big "Thank You!!" to the folks at MODELLERS CHOICE! A great way to spend Saturday morning!!Following are shots I took that may be useful as references, or just to add to your image collection. Feel free to grab them and save them for your own use!

PETER MAX Monte Carlo - THE WINSTON - MAY 2000When I saw pix of this car it looked grotesque to me. I take it back... in the flesh this is an AWESOME paint job!
The "TAZ" Monte Carlo - Daytona - Feb 2000Another neat paint scheme! Note that the spoiler is NOT the same colour as the body, but brighter and more yellow. In the closeup shot you'll see tiny flecks in the spoiler colour - these appear to be large flakes, likely a MetalFlake in the paint. Interesting...
