- Crispy pan fried eggs w/ cheese, whole grain bread, pineapple bits, banana and green tea.
  (Sunny side up in olive oil, choice of fresh garlic)

- Brown bazmati rice w/ pan fried eggs, black beans, cheese, bell pepper, green tea.
  (Sunny side up in organic coconut oil w/ garlic, himalayan sea salt, and spices of choice)

* Drink a glass of lemon water upon waking up first thing to help alkalize your body.

- Tuna Sandwich w/ choice of fruit and a tea.
  (mayonnaise, celery, chopped carrots, chopped onions, chopped bell peppers, lemon juice
   along with choice of sauteed garlic and spices in coconut or olive oil)

- Pasta or Macaroni with cheese w/ red grapes and glass of milk.
  (cooked ground beef, diced bell peppers, onions, garlic, cayenne, oregano, paprika, and other
   spices of choice all sauteed in either coconut or olive oil)

- Chicken w/ brown bazmati rice, broccoli, green peas, sweet potato.
  (sauteed in either coconut or olive oil with garlic, onions, spices of choice)                                 

- Chicken w/ mashed potatoes, corn, asparagus, and chopped carrots.
  (sauteed garlic, onions, bell peppers, spices of choice, with gravy)

- Fish (wild caught) w/ brown bazmati rice, black beans, chick peas, kale.
  (sauteed w/ garlic, onions, bell peppers, and spices of choice)
