Accolade of Knighthood
The OSJ views its ability to confer an accolade of knighthood as a vehicle to award merit. The OSJ is a private organisation, and its decorations are of a private nature. While some people claim the OSJ is not a valid order of chivalry, the organisation does exist and it does confer this positive recognition. The accolade is only conferred on members who have made contributions to local, regional, national and/or global society.

Membership
Those interested in joining the OSJ are invited to apply to become a Serving Brother/Sister. The order is non-sectarian and ecumenical. On the demonstration of suitable behaviour and a meritorious record outside the order, a member may be awarded the accolade of knighthood.

Participation
Everyone is welcome to partipate in our functions. There are no events that are conducted in private. Please email for information of upcoming functions.
