Last night The Bears played a secret concert in their home town of Corsham, in Wiltshire, to raise money for reconstructive work in the village of Boscastle, in Cornwall, which was badly damaged two days ago by severe flooding.

The Bears teamed up with other local and Cornish musicians to form a temp-band called "The Guts" who then performed a two-hour set to a packed house of friends and family at a secret location in/near Corsham.

The seven-piece band performed old family favourites, with a Bearish twist, as well as three The Bearssongs; "Going Back to the Market", "Space Song" and "Spin City".

At the end of the evening, it was estimated that The Guts had raised 25,000 for Boscastle.
