Song information:
Bundesdroegen.

Apparently, the song now known as "
Bundesdroegen" has been through a number of stages:
Stage One: Written originally to be part of "The Re-enactment of the Creation of the Temple", its main riff was supposed to sound Indian and was inspired, at least in part, by Kula Shaker! [FACT]
Stage Two: Under the title of "Faith in God", the first set of lyrics were written about the human tendancy to believe in a being more powerful even than themselves. The only remaining parts of which are believed to be "From the sky our father's falling / Our faith in him is near apalling."
Stage Three: The lyrics are overhauled after Kfasyr briefly turned vegetarian for a little over a week. The song is renamed "Bundesdroegen".
Stage Four: The lyrics are revised and the song is renamed "Rich and Meaty". It is at this stage that the artwork seen below was done to promote the song. Notice the incorporation of Asian-looking script. This was included to symbolise the song's Asian origins.
Stage Five: The song is renamed "Bundesdroegen", and makes its live debut on March 14th 2003 at the "March 4th" concerto.

From interview:
"Bundesdroegen
is about external forces controlling events within one's body. I was interested in the concept of certain foods being outlawed by authorities."

"Bundesdroegen"
is a word I invented which is German for "Federal drugs"."

"
I was fascinated that if companies like that which owns Ragu could get almost any substance inside your body if they really wanted to - perhaps they do - one thing is for certain; they want to pack every human stomach with animal bodies. They must have a motive to do such a thing."

"
I think it still sounds like Kula Shaker! [laughs]."
