This dev kit only demonstrates the requestor and argument components of
the "arp.library". But the "arp.library" has a lot of other stuff in it
and provides some pther additional "2.x dos.library" like functionality
under "rom 1.3".

"ArpRequest", "gadargs" and "arp_numargs" have been tested
under "ROM1.3".
