Here are some requester wrappers for the "reqtools.library" and the
"asl.library" to suit my own needs.

I have only done the requesters which are most relevent to me for some
near future projects, but it is my intention to add many more requesters
in similar style in the future.

"ASL.exe" and "RT.exe" have been tested on "ROM1.3".
