Here is a "NetSurf 3.3" setup pack for my Amithlon system having a 16bit
WorkBench with "ixemul 48.0" and "ixemul 63.1", which may be useful and
adaptable to other systems.

Here is my installation:-

1. Add the ".exe" extension to "NetSurf/NetSurf" and "NetSurf/c/wget".

2. Copy the contents of the "NSsetup" directory to the "NetSurf" directory. 


The wget in the c directory of this archive is a fake which launches
"netsurf:c/wget.exe" and then types "endcli" so that your CLI windows are
automatically closed for you.

If "PROGDIR:wgetf.cfg" is available then you can specify window dimensions.
A wider window may be desirable with alternative wget builds that have
friendlier Ctrl-C breaking. 

If no fixed download path is provided in NetSurf/Resources/Options then the
fake wget will launch a file requester. 

If you wish to have a fixed download path then you should have FREQ in
"PROGDIR:wgetf.cfg" set to 0 and it is suggested that for line 27 of the
Options file you have as provided the following:-
download_path:netsurf:Downloads/

For exisiting files a choice of action requester will appear. To disable
the existence requester you can set ASK to 0 in "PROGDIR:wgetf.cfg".
