[2nd upload]  Fixed reported error during play.

              Rebuilt with libao/PAS.

              No need to use the "-m" switch for mono files.


libacm - Library for InterPlay ACM Audio format.


To play an ACM file:-

acmtool -p test.acm


To decode an ACM file to a WAV:-

acmtool -d -o test.wav test.acm


ACM file info only:-

acmtool -i test.acm


Fix a mono ACM with a stereo header:-

acmtool -M test.acm


Creating an ACM file:-

Currently the only way I know of creating such a file is with "SND2ACM" on
windows OS.


This has been tested under a shell stack of 2000000 bytes only.
