WTF is execen ?

"execen" attempts to improve global environment variable usage for scripts
wanting to run under "ROM 1.x+".   

"execen_tst.bat" is a demonstration script which is hoped to make execen's
usage self explanatory.

With the programs "execen" and "f-req" pathed simply type the following:-

execute execen_tst.bat

Optionally execen can be made pure and resident.

People using above "ROM 1.x" may use the lite version also if they wish.
