This is my update of the Multiview backport from here:-

I have added a "ScreenToFront" in it to make its behaviour more authentic,
and have been using it as a replacement for the one provided with "OS3.9".

I simply renamed my original to "MultiView.orig" and have put this one
in its place.

Its OK but is not able to save in plain text format.
