"newdpk.library"  (c) 2019-2020  Lorence Lombardo.

The newdpk library is a shared depacking library for recent Amiga
compressions that are currently not supported by the XFD system.  

Currently example usage is provided for E, Blitz, C, PB4, ACE and HB2.

"dpktst" has been tested on "ROM 1.3".
