[3rd upload]  A newer libpng works also.

[2nd upload]  GIF images are now supported.

This is a little fork of shim by the uploader.

Some adjustments were made so it would not trash the 68k RTG
environment when a picture exceeded the WB size.

It now only runs in fullscreen mode.

You are welcome to make further improvements upon my efforts if you
wish since my source is also provided.
