This is a comparison of "xp32bit WinUAE 3.2.2" VS "ChaletOS 64bit linux FS-UAE 3.0.5u2-0xenial" on my "Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E6500 @ 2.93GHz" system.

On the left is WinUAE and on the right is FS-UAE, provided your window is wide enough. ;)

It was a surprise to me that once the Hardfile eventually booted on FS-UAE that the Harddisk was faster. I also found that the internet is faster on FS-UAE.

This is a comparison of the early "uae4arm 0.5" VS the more precise "fs-uae 2.8.4" on my 4GB Pi4 running the 32bit "Raspbian linux 10 (buster)".

The Amiga OS details are the same as the previous comparison except the fast memory is set to 128mb instead of 256mb.

Provided your window is wide enough, on the left is uae4arm and on the right is FS-UAE.

Although uae4arm is generally much faster, FS-UAE shows its power on the pacman test.

Mostly I use uae4arm because of its speed and FS-UAE when I require more precision on my extremely quiet fanless Pi4.
