Compiled with "libvorbis-1.3.6", "libogg-1.3.3" and "ixemul.library 48.0".


The "oggdec" build has been enhanced for future use with playOGG and the
speed is now close to "oggv_dec v1.0".


Known limitations:-

1. All provided "oggdec" builds of this archive are limited to a maximum of
   6 channels. 

2. The NoFPU build of "oggdec" has the limitation that it can decode 
   22050Hz properly but cant decode 44100Hz properly.


Playing stereo/mono with PAS is easy:-

eg. oggdec test.ogg -o apipe:pas


Bonus:-

Included is the new "oggv_dec v1.1" by the uploader which has been tested 
with 8 channels. But unfortunately the NoFPU build of the new
"oggv_dec v1.1" still has the same frequency limitations as "oggdec".
This new oggv_dec is also intended for future use with playOGG.
Using oggv_dec with PAS is also possible.
eg. oggv_dec test.ogg > apipe:pas
