Common neat-surface truncate-conical standard lampshade
Lampshades material will be chosen by each manufacturer.
Common or heat and impact resistant ( vandalproof ) and tempered glass,
UV stabilized polycarbonate or acrylic ( prismatic on interior surface ), and
other kinds of suitable materials may be used, depending on lamp wattage
and duty conditions .
Interior surface of the lampshade may be optically designed .
For improving the Cutoff level of luminaire, a part of the lampshade's interior surface
may be dark or coated thus not allowing light emission in restricted angles.
