Instant Death!

Imagine you're the last of your party. All others having been slain by trolls  in the rolling hills just outside town. A troll bares down on you. There are few places to run and your health is poor. You run blindly until you come to a cave. You feel a sense of relief wash over you. As fast as your legs can carry you, you reach the cave, diving in head first.. only to find that inside said cave is.. (see above)
