Self-Serve Patch for OpenBiblio 0.6.0

The self-sever patch is a clooection of changes to better facilite a self-serve
checkout process.

1. Unzip and apply the patch.

      unzip selfserve041908.zip
      cd openbiblio
      patch -p1 < ../selfserve041908.diff

   where it is assumed the selfserve patch is located one directory level above your
   openbiblio install.  You can first test the patch with

      patch -p1 --dry-run < ../selfserve041908.diff

   to make sure the patch will apply cleanly.

   There is no change to the database.
