View of Rodington School

Rodington School is not easy to find because it is now a private residence. The best view is from the bridge over the River Roden, which also gives a view of the Parish Church of St George.

Also in the picture is Riverside Bungalow nearer the church.

In the picture Rodington School is the red brick building with the large arched window.

In 2014 the semi-detached red-brick Old School freehold sold for £325,000. The Old School does not have listed protection.

When Robert was attending the school it was being run by Miss Annie Goodwin from Bodicote in Oxfordshire. She was assisted by her niece from Buckinghamshire.
