The 216 Browser safe colours have codes using 3 pairs of the digits 0, 3, 6, 9, C, and F.
A few are also named - FF00FF is fuchsia or magenta, FF0000 is red,
FFFF00 is yellow, FFFFFF is white and 000000 is black, 00FF00 is lime,
00FFFF is aqua or cyan, 0000FF is blue. 		      The traditional colour chart is organised by the numbers.
