In this role, I handled outbound calls for energy and solar campaigns and collaborated with suppliers like Spark Energy and Atlantic Energy. As a Quality Assurance Executive, I ensured call quality by identifying errors and providing training to agents.

After over a year at Itech Power Solutions, I transitioned to Mindbridge as a Chat Support Executive. Here, I resolved customer issues and managed complaints, particularly regarding late or incorrect orders. Later, I joined the Revolut business Bank team, assisting customers with merchant account onboarding and providing guidance on various financial features.
