Last night, Mr and Mrs Windsor (potter) around their garden when they (hear) a strange squeaking noise. As they (be) curious to find out what had made the noise, they (start) looking around the garden. Unfortunately, the (can) figure out what it (be). All of a sudden, they (hear) the sound again. This time Mrs Windsor (decide) to have a look into the old kennel that (stand) in front of the big apple tree. Again, she (not/find) anything. When she (come) back to her husband who (still/paint) the new fence while she (try) to find out what (be) wrong, Mrs Windsor (spot) a cute kitten (catch) in a mouse trap. She quickly (rush) to help it get out of the nasty trap. After a few moments' time, the cat (be) free again. It (feel) so grateful that it (not/go) away, but (stay) with its rescuer.
