Katherine Jackson Hits Out Over Kids Ruling

A decision replace Katherine Jackson as guardian of Michael's children Prince, Paris and Blanket angers the family matriarch.

Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine, has hit after a judge replaced her as the guardian the superstar's three children.

TJ Jackson, the of Michael's brother Tito, is now serving temporary guardian of Prince, Paris and Blanket amid a feud the pop superstar's estate.

Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff temporarily suspended Katherine Jackson as the children's guardian the family matriarch disappeared and left them their California home.

Katherine Jackson, 82, had living with her daughter Rebbie in Arizona and had not spoken her grandchildren in several days.

TJ Jackson now has the ability to control the hill- home in Calabasas in LA County where the children live, as well as supervision duties.

Katherine Jackson told ABC News that she hurt by the court ruling and it was "based on a of lies".

"I am devastated that while I've been , that my children, my grandchildren, have been taken away me, and I'm coming home to see that," she said, reading from a prepared statement.

She denied the suggestion in court and in court filings to support TJ Jackson's appointment that she was held against her will.

"I am here today to everybody know that I am fine and I am here my children," she said.

"My children would never a thing to me like that, holding me against my will," she said her children Randy, Janet and Rebbie were seated next her.

"It's very stupid people to think that."

The judge said there was no evidence that Katherine Jackson had anything wrong.

But he said it appeared she was being prevented fulfilling her role as guardian through the "intentional acts of parties".

He did not elaborate, but the decision after reading court filings in which TJ Jackson concern that Katherine Jackson was being prevented from returning her California home.

He cited an incident on Monday in Janet, Randy and Jermaine Jackson arrived at the children's home and told them could speak with their grandmother, but had to leave with .

"This was odd and disturbing me and the children and heightened our concern our grandmother was being prohibited from returning home," TJ Jackson wrote a sworn statement.

The incident turned a confrontation between two unnamed male adults at the house and Sheriff's Department officials said it remained ongoing battery investigation.

Michael Jackson's siblings claim brother's will - in which he leaves most of his estate his mother, his children and to charity - is a fake.
