All Teddy Bears that are returned within 30 days in its original condition and in a saleable condition will be exchanged immediately for another bear of the same value or higher.

Method of Returning the Bear:

Include a copy of the invoice, sent insured for value of contents with postage/shipping prepaid to our EXACT address as printed on the invoice. Items must be shipped with original packaging and packing in its full entirety.

Orders that are cancelled after they have already been shipped will be treated as a return. Items must be shipped with original packaging and packing in its full entirety.
