More than 20 years later, Leon Russell Records presents an archived second album, Rhythm & Bluegrass, with the title cut written by Russell to showcase the peerless original band:  Sam Bush on fiddle, mandolin and vocals, John Cowan on bass and vocals, Curtis Burch on guitar and dobro, the late great Courtney Johnson on banjo, and Russell on keyboard and vocals.
