This is the practical philosophy that supports people who choose to serve first, and then lead as a way of expanding service to individuals and institutions. Servant-leaders may or may not hold formal leadership positions. Servant-Leadership encourages listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, conceptualization, foresight, stewardship, commitment to the growth of people, and building community.

About this website:
This website is created as a class assignment for MG648, "Leadership", Master of Management, Aquinas College.   In this assignment, we are asked to select and study a leader and a biography of the leader and then analyze the leader using some of the leadership theories we studied. As a group, we have chosen "Servant Leadership" as our center theme.
